Safely Walking With Your Dog

Details: Cynthia King, trainer for Southeastern Therapy Animal Resources (STAR), is going to present a 30 minute program demonstrating the proper and safe manner in taking your dog for a short walk or an outing in the country. The workshop is complimentary and residents are encouraged to attend with their dogs on a leash.

Charleston Symphony Orchestra Masterworks Concert

Details: This concert, held at Gaillard Auditorium, will feature violinist Yuriy Bekker playing a rare 1686 Stradivarius violin that is on loan to the Symphony for this one concert.The program for the concert includes Zoltan Kodaly's "Dances of Galanta", Edward Hart's "Under an Indigo Sky" and Beethoven's Symphony No. 7.Tickets are $40.50 or $55.50 depending on your seat.

Yorktown Tour and Lunch Out

Tour of the Art Institute Culinary School & Lunch
