Mrs. Stoll joined Franke at Seaside in 1996 shortly after it’s relocation from downtown Charleston to Mt. Pleasant. Prior to accepting the role of Executive Director in 2019, she served as Activities Director, Assistant Administrator, and Licensed Health Care Administrator. For over 25 years, Mrs. Stoll has been engaged in local and national industry specific organizations. She was invited to present at the national Leading Age Annual Meeting and Exposition in 2008, 2017 and 2020 on culture change and disaster planning and in 2019 at the American Health Lawyers Association on emergency preparedness. Mrs. Stoll has been an active board member for Leading Age South Carolina, South Carolina Association of Residential Homes, South Carolina Activity Professionals Association, South Carolina Health Care Association, and Roper Saint Francis Pastoral Care/CPE Advisory Committee. She is also a South Carolina Administrator-in-Training Preceptor.

Under Mrs. Stoll’s leadership Franke at Seaside received recognition for culture change initiatives by The Carolina Centers for Excellence and the My Innerview Excellence in Action Award for Workplace Satisfaction. Mrs. Stoll is a Larry Minnix Leadership Academy Fellow. In 2018 Franke received the American Health Care Association Bronze Quality Award for skilled nursing quality. Readers of the Moultrie News have voted Franke at Seaside “Best Assisted Living Community and Best Retirement Community in Mt. Pleasant” since 2008.

Paris began her career at Franke at Seaside in 2006. She has a Bachelor Degree in Advanced Patient Care and a Master Degree in Healthcare Administration. She is a licensed practical nurse and has over twenty years of experience in geriatrics.

Paris moved to Charleston from New York City and loves the Lowcountry.

Kelsey joined Rice Estate in 2017 starting as the Human Resources Director and transitioned to the Admissions Director.  In 2023 she was promoted to the Director, Centralized Admission Center for Lutheran Homes of South Carolina. Kelsey began her career in Healthcare as an admissions director for a skilled nursing facility and also worked in human resources. 

Originally from Cleveland Ohio, she has always referred to Columbia, SC as her home. Kelsey enjoys going to concerts, traveling, football games, and spending time with friends and family. There are few things in life that make Kelsey happier than her job and a Carolina Panthers win. Kelsey believes that happy TeamMates lead to happy Priorities and this is her everyday goal.

Lora Blanco joined the Franke at Seaside team in 2018.  She completed her undergraduate and graduate social work degrees at University of Cincinnati with a concentration in nonprofit administration.  In addition to rehabilitation and long term care, Lora has worked in the mental health and substance abuse fields with a focus on trauma.  Her passion for the aging population extends to home where she cares for senior poodles and has interest in animal hospice and palliative care.

Cara Cooper has been Franke at Seaside’s registered dietitian since July 2016. She received her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in human nutrition from Winthrop University. Cara worked as a clinical dietitian in many facets covering the NICU, pediatrics, critical care and geriatric floors prior to joining the Franke team. Her passion is nutrition education which she enjoys fulfilling in Franke’s Keil Healthcare Center.

Tashaffa Davis is the Director of Memory Support at Franke at Seaside. She prefers to be called “Shay”.  She was born and raised in Clinton, S.C.  Shay is a graduate of Lander University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Health Care Management. She is a certified Activity Director and licensed Administrator.  She has several certifications in Dementia Training and over 14 years of experience in geriatrics. Shay is very passionate and compassionate in providing person centered care.   

Katie Davis has been with Franke at Seaside since 2010.  She is a native Charlestonian and was born and raised in the beautiful Old Village in Mount Pleasant.  She has her undergraduate degree in business administration and has served in multiple roles within the community.  She enjoys working with families, residents, and staff members and excels at managing the financial and business operations within Franke.  When not at work, Katie loves spending time with her two boys and husband boating and being outdoors.

Josh is a Maryland native, but has been residing in Charleston for the past seven years. Josh graduated from Allegany College of Maryland with his AAS degree in Occupational Therapy in 2012 and started here at Franke at Seaside in 2014. Along with the staff at Franke, Josh takes pride in assisting all residents to live a safe, independent and successful life within the community.

Josh enjoys spending time with his wife, traveling, time on the water, and simply enjoying the beautiful climate here in South Carolina.

Ted joined Franke as the executive chef in 2022. He graduated summa cum laude from Johnson & Wales University, beginning his career with Stouffer Nashville Hotel & Conference Center. After leaving Nashville he worked in a variety of notable restaurants across the country. He later opened his own café and culinary event venues. In 2014, Ted moved to Charleston to open the former Westendorff, as General Manager/Executive Chef. He continued his career as the Director of Food and Beverage in senior living communities until he moved to Boeing as Executive Chef Manager 2019.

Emma Johannemann joined the Franke team in 2021 as a Life Enrichment Assistant in Skilled Nursing. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Music Therapy in 2016 and has a passion for sharing her music and the importance of music with her residents. Emma is proficient in guitar and piano skills though the guitar is her instrument of choice. She has also performed in many programs and recitals during her schooling. She worked at a skilled nursing facility for two years and a CCRC community for three years prior to joining Franke. Emma was born and raised in Summerville SC and enjoys spending time with family, friends, and singing in the church choir in her free time.

Dr. Kleckley completed his residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in geriatrics at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia, SC. He is specially trained to care for older patients with a focus on disease prevention, dementia diagnosis and management, chronic disease management and maintenance of quality of life. His areas of expertise include treatment of dementia (including Alzheimer’s), depression, diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, gait/movement disorders, osteoporosis, urinary incontinence, and other common conditions among seniors.

Dr. Kleckley is the also the Attending Physician for our ministry partner Lutheran Hospice. 

Rushekia Manigault, a Charleston native, began her career in 2007 in the Healthcare Culinary Department as a steward. She has held many positions in the department before becoming the Directer of Healthcare Culinary Services in October of 2019. Her previous positions include Prep Cook, Lead Prep Cook, Kitchen Supervisor, Kitchen Manager, Food & Beverage Production Manager. Ms. Manigault has a degree in Computer Technology from Trident Technical College.

M. Lynne Matheny, Director of HR,  is a native Charlestonian who relocated back to the area in November 2016. Her role at Franke is to support, coach, and encourage teammates to be successful in their profession.

She loves the beach and has two grown children and two grandchildren.

Tan is a native of Charleston, with a long family history in Mount Pleasant. She has been a nurse for 22 years, working in the acute care setting and long term care. She attended the University of South Carolina majoring in business administration and received a bachelor’s degree in nursing from South University. Her nursing career has been dedicated to helping people in their most vulnerable and unexpected moments. As a nurse leader, Tan feels it is her responsibility to influence and improve the healthcare practice environment. Nursing is her calling and she cannot imagine doing anything else.

Tan is married with six children and one grandchild. In her leisure time, she enjoys traveling and watching her children participate in sports. She is also very active in her community and church.

Bryan Muckenfuss has been actively working in the field of facility management for over thirty years. He started his career working with Charleston County Disabilities Board in the group home setting. As the Director of Physical Plant in a Life Plan Community he recognizes the importance of creating partnerships with local agencies and organizations. He is a chair member of Lutheran Homes of South Carolina and Leading Age South Carolina EVS Peer Group. In 2015, he became a member of the South Carolina Coalition for the Hospital Preparedness Program. Developing relationships leads to effective management and timely utilization of the resources available to our community.

Cindy is a graduate of Capital University with a BA in Speech/Drama Education. She came to Charleston from Ohio in 2004 to serve at St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church as Coordinator of Educational and Family Ministries. She was also responsible for Older Adult Ministries. Cindy has been in faithful service at Franke since 2018.

As a seventeen-year breast cancer survivor, she paddles with Dragon Boat Charleston, an organization that promotes wellness among cancer survivors and their community through dragon boating. Cindy has competed with the club throughout the US, Canada, and in Florence, Italy.  She enjoys the arts, shag dancing, walking on the beach, cooking, baking and decorating sweets and treats. She has three sons and daughter-in-laws, and six grandchildren. 

DeAnne Reed Vane began working for Franke’s Active Lifestyle Community in Spring 2005 after accepting a position as Move-in-Coordinator for the rapidly growing young campus. In 2006, she moved into the role of Director of Marketing overseeing all sales, marketing, advertising, and new resident transitions into the community, including working closely with Franke’s project manager and her future residents on the customization and renovation of their new home.

DeAnne has a BBA degree from Millsaps College Else School of Business, majoring in finance, accounting, and marketing. Prior to that, she studied at the College of Charleston, focusing on history, philosophy, and religion as well as Hollins College in Virginia. Most of her professional life was spent as Vice-President of Reed Enterprises, Inc., her family-owned aquaculture and farming business in Mississippi, up until the time it was sold in 2003.

She was born in Mississippi and has lived there for brief periods of time, but grew up in Connecticut and also lived in Virginia before moving to the Charleston area in 1978.

The best part about her job, she says, is getting to know the families and friends of her future residents and wait list members while helping them achieve their goal of moving to Franke. Moreover, over the years she has really enjoyed collaborating with the Burges Center staff to shape the look and feel of the Active Lifestyle programs, amenities, and services. As of 2017, DeAnne has moved over 200 families into the Active Lifestyle Community.

Her motto is “I want my residents to be happy!”

Bruce White is Franke's Senior Director of Independent Living. Bruce holds a M.S. in Applied Psychology from Francis Marion College.  He has been a licensed Professional Counselor since 1988. Bruce is a licensed Nursing Home and Community Residential Care Administrator with 25 years of experience in long-term care and retirement living. He has also served as Director of Marketing in a long-term care setting. Bruce is active with the Medical University Exchange Club, South Carolina Health Care Association, Salvation Army Advisory Board and St. Andrews Church Children’s Education Department. Bruce enjoys cycling and playing Native American flute.  

Rev. Harry Wright, Jr. earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia and a earned a Master of Divinity degree in 1989 from Southern Methodist University. Over the past thirty years, Chaplain Wright has been devoted to young adult development as a local church pastor, a prison chaplain, chaplain at a private independent school, and as dean of students at one of our nations historically black colleges/universities, Morehouse College. He pursued additional training in Clinical Pastoral Education at Roper St. Francis Hospital in Charleston.

A few of Rev. Wright’s major hobbies include genealogy, photography, spiritual formation as well as music, art, and travel.
