Exuding the Lowcountry’s culture of tradition and aesthetic, Franke at Seaside’s 75 beautiful patio homes bring together the comfort of home with the luxury of resort-style living. Long gone are the days of worrying about maintenance or lawn care. Instead, the Franke staff works to maintain your cottage-style home as you like it.

Each cottage is based on one of six models but each is unique to their individual resident. We encourage each new resident to make their home their own with custom features and additions like screened porches and Carolina rooms, granite countertops, hardwood floors, fireplaces, and other minor renovations and additions.
